ConocoPhillips Australia's Environment Plan was accepted by Australia’s independent regulator, the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA), in February 2025.

Seabed surveys commenced in April 2025. If you are a commercial marine user who has been affected by the Otway Exploration Drilling Program seabed survey, you may be eligible for compensation for displacement, loss of catch, or fishing gear loss or damage (up until 26 June 2025).

The Regia MSS Environment Plan is currently under assessment with Australia's independent regulator, the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA).
