ConocoPhillips Australia's Environment Plan was accepted by Australia’s independent regulator, the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA), in February 2025.

• Seabed surveys commenced in April 2025.
• Pre-lay of anchor and mooring chains is expected to be deployed by a vessel at Essington-1 in mid September 2025 and at Charlemont-1 between September and November 2025.
• Essington-1 drilling is expected to start mid October 2025.
• Charlemont-1 drilling is expected to start between November and December 2025.
• The Transocean Equinox rig and support vessels are scheduled to transit to Essington-1 in October 2025 ahead of drilling the first well and then move to Charlemont-1 later in the year.
