ConocoPhillips Australia's Environment Plan was accepted by Australia’s independent regulator, the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA), in February 2025.

• Essington-1 drilling has commenced as of 1 November 2025.
• Charlemtont-1 drilling is expected to start in December 2025.
• Pre-lay of anchors and mooring chains continues for Charlemont-1. Once in position these will be marked by surface buoys with navigation lights.
• Anchors and mooring chains will be collected within 3 months of activity completion at each well.

The Regia MSS Environment Plan is currently under assessment with Australia's independent regulator, the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA).
